Pro-Ject’s band turntables usually put a logo on a stock rectangular plinth. This licensed AC/DC deck changes the shape instead. The plinth is a black lightning bolt and the platter on it is translucent red and the tonearm beside it is translucent to match. Whoever buys it has accepted that the record player will be looked at before it is heard, and that guests will mention it. It is a limited edition, though no run size is given. It sells for $1,699 through Uncrate Supply.
