It is circular and cut from full-grain leather, the outer layer of the hide left intact, and the pebbled surface is the hide itself. Someone who has spent too long choosing a cartridge will understand wanting this, and will know not to mention it to anyone. The Brooklyn shop’s TTL script is debossed near the label edge. The tan one sits inside the strobe-dotted rim of a direct-drive platter, where felt or rubber or cork would go. It comes in three colors.
