Leica made an officially licensed Formula 1 edition of the Q3 43. The hand grip, thumb rest and soft-release button are carbon fiber and the body is covered in black microvelour. Some buyers follow every race and some want to be seen to, and the camera is the same either way. The lens is the APO-Summicron 43mm f/2 ASPH on a full-frame sensor and the strap is braided with leather pads and a Formula 1 look profile appears in the viewfinder through the Leica FOTOS app. Leica gave no price or edition size. It is made in Germany.
